AROUND THE BLOG THIS WEEK

Whew! We've had a busy week here around the blog! In case you missed it...

We kicked off our Featured Farmers series (also known as "Help! Ally Doesn't Know What the Heck She's Doing!") with a post by Amy of A Farmish Kind of Life. Check it out!

5 Painting Tips for the Truly Amateur

Five painting tips and things I learned while painting the entire interior of my house. Painting doesn't have to be complicated. Left to my own devices, I almost always make it complicated.

  1. Such wonderful blessings. As I look around our place, I really appreciate someone coming over to help. Today my father is helping my husband build a storage shed/guest cabin. The help is so welcome.

And welcome to the new nephew.

    1. Thank you!

And yes, an extra set of hands is a huge blessing- and even more so when those hands are connected to someone we love! =)
